Hadley Williams, CEO
As CEO, Hadley is involved in every aspect of the firm. He spends most of his time working with clients and prospects to ensure they develop a deep understanding and real comfort level with the investing process of the firm. That includes everything from communicating with clients on macro economic issues, discussing how and when to rebalance a portfolio, to providing alternative solutions for everyday situations and major wealth events.
He also supervises daily operations and spends time evaluating systems, technologies and procedures to maintain the firm’s cutting edge capabilities.
Hadley holds a bachelor’s degree cum laude in economics from Harvard University. He served as a Lieutenant in the US Army Supply and Maintenance Agency in Germany, providing 140,000 in provisions to US and NATO troops throughout Europe.
At Citibank/Citicorp, he spent over two decades serving in senior positions in international banking operations, general management, as the technology transfer professional, and as a senior international investment banker in Global Mergers and Acquisitions.
After leaving Citicorp, Hadley spent ten years advising companies, located mainly in emerging markets, on strategic planning, management processes, business structuring, in addition to bringing new technologies and capital to clients. To accomplish this, he put together many teams of professionals to work with clients needing a variety of different specialists in technologies and finance.
Having grown up in Cuba, lived and worked in half a dozen countries, and travelled professionally in Latin America, Europe and Asia, Hadley’s experience is broad and deep. As a change agent and mentor to professional staff in different countries, he has introduced many new technologies, methods, policies and procedures in different cultures. He is fluent in Spanish and has considerable multicultural experience.
Hadley has been part of the Miami business and social community since relocating in 1993. In recent years, he has been a Trustee Member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, President of his local homeowners’ association, President of Miami Neighborhood United, a Director in the Army Navy Club of South Florida, and a Rotary Club member and Vice President of the Coral Gables Club, participating in international as well as domestic service projects.
Angela Molina, COO
Angelia joined CWI in 2017. She is responsible for all internal operational processes and procedures. She also handles various aspects of portfolio management and client experience, including assisting clients with administrative details, preparing quarterly performance reports as well as specialized and detailed analyses and recommendations for our clients. She is constantly seeking new ways to improve and streamline the flow of work for our clients’ benefit.
In addition to managing the operational side of the business, Angela is responsible for collecting and analyzing performance data on all mutual funds and ETF’s, which are reasonably available for our clients. As a senior member of our team, she also participates in the evaluation of mutual fund and ETF performance.
Prior to working for Campbell Williams, Angela specialized in international sales, logistics, and marketing for an IT supplier for Central and South America. She held many roles, including increasing market information, receiving and reviewing products from vendors, and preparing logistics to export products to clients.
As a marketing analyst, she dealt with statistics and modeling, customer service evaluation, surveys, social media advertising and analysis, marketing campaigns, and prepared marketing budget recommendations. Previously she was the staff accountant, responsible for all accounting and related functions.
Previously, Angela was International Sales Director for a Miami-based advertising group, where she managed product and commercial relationships with clients.
Angela holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Business from ICES University in Cali, Colombia. Prior to attending ICESI, she was a Rotary International Exchange Student in Stamford, CT.
Deborah Bejarano, CMO
Debbie joined CWI in 2017. Her primary role is in digital marketing and brand management. With a background in banking, she brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles. CWI, as a boutique investment consulting firm, presents an exciting challenge for Debbie within the investment management industry. She is working closely with the CEO to help educate clients and potential clients about how CWI is unique in the industry and why it’s so important for investors to understand and participate in the investment process.
Prior to working at CWI, Debbie was the Director of Marketing at Gibraltar Private Bank and Trust where she worked closely with the CEO and Wealth Management Team to develop an interactive presentation designed to educate clients and prospective clients on the Bank’s product lines and investment capabilities. She also worked with her team to design a digital marketing platform with content geared towards the Bank’s target market of high net worth individuals.
Previously, Debbie was the CFO and CMO at Nason & Nason, Inc. a boutique executive search firm in Miami specializing in banking and finance. As CFO, Debbie was part of the senior management team and responsible for all key financial reporting and recommendations to the CEO. After several years in the role, Debbie worked with the President to rebrand the Group and overhaul the website. As a result, she became interested in the digital marketing process and initiated a platform for the company. That began her serious interest in digital marketing and shift away from a direct finance role.
Debbie started her career in Banking with an internship at Deutsche Bank in Cologne, Germany and later she worked for Fidelity Bank in both London and Philadelphia in various roles within the International Unit. She headed up the credit department in London where the Bank was heavily engaged in trade finance. Later she moved into a lending role.
Debbie holds a degree from the Pennsylvania State University in Marketing and International Business and various certifications in credit analysis and marketing. She has lived and worked in various countries in Europe and South America.
Investment Consultants and representatives
Pedro Ortiz, Investment Consultant
Pedro joined CWI in 2015 and brings a high level of expertise as a researcher and investment consultant. He assists the firm and clients with all aspects of planning for and managing their investment portfolios.
After passing the Series 65 Examination in 2018, he was officially accepted by the State of Florida to provide Investment Advisory Services to clients. As an Investment Consultant at CWI, Pedro provides clients with investment advice, which includes developing Investment Strategies, preparing and recommending implementation plans with clients, reviewing portfolio performance and making recommendations for changes and adjustments to portfolios.
Pedro has been involved in improving and documenting internal processes and procedures to help streamline services and educate clients. As a seasoned analyst, Pedro also participates in the evaluation and recommendation of manager performance on a quarterly basis.
Pedro graduated from Northeastern University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, which included work experience with a nonprofit organization and a full year at MFS Investment Management, a major mutual fund company.
Pedro is native of Latin America, having grown up in several countries. He is fluent in Spanish and is comfortable in Portuguese.
Omar Wahab, Investment Consultant
Omar Wahab, Investment Consultant
As an Investment Consultant with CWI, Omar utilizes his diverse background and skill set to help high net worth individuals formulate investment strategies and manage assets using the firm’s Prudent Management Process. In addition, he represents the firm to prospective clients and expands awareness of the firm’s services and value-added investment process to the financial community at large.
Omar joined Campbell Williams in August 2017 after working in real estate finance, handling project analysis and investor relations with a Florida-based real estate developer. Prior to that role, he spent three years at The World Bank based in Washington, D.C. managing transportation and infrastructure projects in Latin America and the Middle East.
As a junior project manager he worked with a senior project manager reviewing and selecting project requests from countries in his region, identifying and selecting appropriate consultants and approved projects on site. These tasks included working closely with the countries’ ministries, local contractors, and technical consultants. The projects he covered in Latin America focused on repairing and upgrading rural roads, highways and bridges in Paraguay and Peru, while his Middle East portfolio included the development of urban transportation systems in Lebanon and the rehabilitation of roads and highways in Iraq.
Omar previously served as a business outreach consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank, also based in Washington D.C. He was responsible for the institution’s engagement with business associations and companies across Latin America and the Caribbean. He also has experience in the nonprofit sector.
Omar earned a master’s degree in Middle Eastern studies from the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences at Harvard University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in international politics from The School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. In addition to his native tongue, English, Omar is proficient in Arabic and Spanish.
Alfredo Cardona, Investment Advisor Representative
Alfredo joined CWI in 2004 and is currently serving in the role of Investment Advisor Representative. He assists clients with retirement and strategy planning as well as selecting mutual funds, and evaluating portfolio performance. Al has extensive leadership experience as a senior asset manager for multinational companies.
Prior to joining Campbell Williams, he served as Director of Institutional Sales for the Southern and Latin American markets of EG Advisors, an ETF (Electronic Transfer Fund) Firm specializing in emerging markets. He also has experience handling sales of discretionary products to advisors and investors, managing institutional sales and fixed income securities for private companies, banks, and governmental agencies.
At Citicorp, Al established a new banking group in Italy, grew global corporate banking accounts in Belgium and Venezuela and implemented new business strategies in the US.
He received his bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College, a Certificate of Political Students from Institut d’Etudes Politiques -Paris, and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Although he has not maintained these accreditations, he received his Certified Investment Management Analyst Certification in 2001 and his Accredited Investment Fiduciary certification in 2007.
